Well, I went for my CT scan yesterday and my tumors grew a little bit, but it put me over the limit meaning that the Reolysin isn't working anymore. I will now attempt a new medicine (I forgot what it is called) which is an antibody. I will have to go to Ann Arbor once a week for an infusion. I am kinda happy that I will only be gone once a week but I am bummed about the growth of my tumors.
I have one tumor that has been hurting me lately and I found out that it is leaning on a nerve. The doctor said that we will just use pain meds and if that doesn't work (down the road) we can remove that one tumor.
I will be starting my new treatments on 7/8/09 and Kevin will be coming with me for the first one.

Heather I have never posted a comment before on your blogs...but I just want to say to you that I love your spirit, I love your faith and I love the fact that you refuse to accept defeat. You have and are always willing to take the next step to your healing process...which reminds me of the old saying..."If you make one step God will make two."
