Hello Everybody! I hope that the holidays treated you well, and you are all rested up. I went back to the doctor on Friday, Jan. 12. Not much new news. I have been waiting to begin a new research drug called perifosine. It supposedly doesn't have many side effects. The new drug has not passed the ethics commity at UofM yet, so I will have to wait another two months. I have several tumors in my lungs. The doctor said that there are way too many to operate on or even do radiation on. I suppose this is a time to hurry up and wait. It gets kinda flusterating.
I have been tossing around the idea of getting a second opinion at Anderson MD. That is the leading cancer institute in the Nation. It is located in Texas. A second opinion can never hurt.

The boys are doing good. Of course they are doing boy things. Always getting in trouble. Well, I will keep you updated, let me know if you want to share any information or anything.
